You will be based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre Monday to Thursday and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content across our internal and external channels. You will play a key role in bringing our brand story to life through compelling narratives that resonate with both our practice network and external stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to develop and deliver impactful communications that support our business objectives.

You will be responsible for

Content Development and Execution:

  • Create compelling written content for multiple channels including our corporate intranet, newsletters, blogs and digital platforms
  • Manage and enhance our intranet content to drive employee engagement and information sharing
  • Develop engaging stories that showcase our culture, people and achievements
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and style across all communication materials

Channel Management:

  • Lead content creation and management for our corporate intranet platform
  • Write and edit content for various internal and external channels
  • Optimize content for digital platforms and measure engagement
  • Maintain editorial calendars and content schedules

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts to develop authentic content
  • Partner with various departments to gather stories and information
  • Support executive communications and presentation development
  • Collaborate with practice network to capture and share success stories

Project Execution:

  • Manage day-to-day communication activities and content development
  • Execute communication projects from conception to delivery
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Track and report on content performance and engagement metrics

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, with exceptional writing skills
  • Proven experience managing corporate intranets and creating engaging internal content
  • Strong digital acumen and experience with various communication platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling narratives and engaging content
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry is an asset
  • Knowledge of current communication trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
