Senior Manager, Communications Strategy

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Communications Strategy will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan for initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and fostering organizational alignment. Specifically, this role will focus on the strategic objectives of our company-wide initiative to reduce complexity and drive operational efficiency, ensuring employees are empowered to work smarter, not harder. The successful candidate will deliver cohesive, clear, and impactful messaging that resonates across diverse audiences, ensuring these initiatives are effectively communicated and adopted.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to support operational efficiency and simplification efforts under our new strategy initiatives

  • Craft key messages and narratives that explain the benefits of streamlining processes and removing organizational friction

  • Identify and leverage effective communication channels to maximize employee understanding and engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

  • Support senior leaders in delivering clear, actionable communications that connect employees to strategic goals

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting as necessary to drive maximum impact

  • Lead a team of communication specialists, ensuring the successful execution of all initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, with expertise in communicating large-scale operational initiatives

  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
