We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Projects to partner closely with the Canada leadership team, operating at the center of strategy, execution, and leadership alignment. This role works with senior leaders to drive priority commercial business initiatives that support growth and performance.
In addition to leading critical strategy and transformation projects, this role will own and orchestrate key leadership and country-wide forums, ensuring clarity of direction, strong alignment, and effective execution across the organization.
This position is based at Galderma Office in downtown Toronto (161 Bay St.) with three days required on site. The annual base salary range is 95,000 - 115,000 CAD plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Business Priorities
Partner with the Canada leadership team to shape, prioritize, and drive key commercial initiatives supporting growth and performance
Lead development of fact-based strategic recommendations across marketing, go-to-market, customer strategy, portfolio, and other commercial levers
Translate business objectives into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics
Strategic Projects & Transformation
Lead high-priority strategy and transformation projects from problem definition through execution and impact tracking
Structure complex business questions, develop hypotheses, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and sustained outcomes
Leadership Alignment & Forums
Own the planning and execution of key leadership and country-wide forums, including country kick-off meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic workshops
Partner with senior leaders to shape agendas, narratives, and key messages aligned to business priorities
Ensure clear outcomes, decision-making, and follow-through from leadership forums
Performance Management & Insights
Support ongoing tracking of commercial performance and key business metrics
Develop insights and perspectives on business performance, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership discussions
Work closely with Finance, Analytics, and Business Units to ensure a consistent, data-driven view of performance
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
Develop high-quality executive-level materials, including presentations, briefings, and strategic updates
Influence without authority, building trust and credibility with senior and cross-functional stakeholders

Bring structured problem-solving and best practices from consulting and commercial environments
Proactively identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and decision-making processes

What you bring:
4+ years of experience in consulting, commercial or business strategy, marketing, project leadership, or Chief of Staff–type roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with senior leaders
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
Solid understanding of marketing and commercial levers (e.g., customer insights, brand, pricing, channels)
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complex ideas for executive audiences
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with advanced proficiency in project management tools
Highly dynamic, energized by fast-paced environments, and confident navigating ambiguity and complexity
Sound judgment, high degree of discretion, and comfort operating in evolving and uncertain contexts
Able to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution
