• Prendre en charge la conformité réglementaire des produits en Amérique du Nord

• Fournir les services juridiques pertinents pour la société canadienne du groupe, notamment : conformité au droit du travail, communication avec les autorités judiciaires, assistance à la négociation dans les projets, etc.

Exigences du poste :

• Plus de trois ans d'expériences professionnelles dans le domaine juridique dans les sociétés de jeux, les sociétés Internet ou l’industrie du divertissement.

• Familier avec les lois et règlements pertinents tels que le droit des sociétés, le droit du travail, le droit des contrats et le droit de la propriété intellectuelle ; celui qui est titulaire d’un permis d’exercice pour la profession juridique en Colombie-Britannique ou au Québec est prioritaire.

• Bon en communication avec sens aigu des responsabilités. L’amateur de jeux est prioritaire.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for legal compliance of our products in North America

• Providing local legal support for group companies, including labor compliance, local communication with judicial authorities and assistance in project negotiations etc.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

Job Requirements

• At least three years of relevant legal work experience in a game company, internet company or entertainment industry.

• Familiar with local laws and regulations on labor, corporate and intellectual property, etc. Québec or British Columbia law practice certificate is prefferred.

• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility. A gamer is preferred.
