A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
The Senior Leadership Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization. This position focuses on designing and delivering programs that develop current and future leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational growth ambitions and fostering a culture of continuous development.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework aligned with organizational objectives and talent strategy.
- Identify leadership competency gaps and propose targeted programs for various leadership levels: front-line, mid-level, and senior executives.
- Develop and facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that enhance strategic thinking, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Implement and manage leadership evaluation tools, such as 360 assessments and psychometrics, to assess potential and effectiveness.
- Monitor program impact and provide insights on ROI and leadership pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager and the organizational development team to integrate leadership development into career pathing and succession planning initiatives
- Partner with senior management and HR Business Partners to ensure leadership programs address business priorities.
- Support organizational change initiatives by equipping leaders with tools to drive engagement and transformation.
- Promote inclusive leadership practices that respect cultural diversity and foster collaboration.
- Build relationships with external providers and leverage emerging technologies for innovative solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and stay current on global leadership trends and incorporate best practices into programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or executive coaching.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs for diverse organizational levels.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; certification in coaching or leadership assessment tools is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) to support global and local initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
