As a Senior Journey Analyst at iA Private Wealth, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing client and advisor journeys, supporting the firm’s industry‑changing digital strategy. You’ll help deliver a seamless digital experience, integrate touchpoints and channels, improve operational efficiency, and attract the next generation of clients, advisors, and employees with flexible engagement options.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Senior Journey Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Partner with journey owners and product owners to translate business concepts into clear technical language

  • Support journey owners in defining and documenting optimized journeys

  • Organize and facilitate program increment (PI) planning sessions

  • Help define value measures for epics and acceptance criteria for stories

  • Collaborate with IT delivery teams to enable accurate delivery estimates and team commitments

  • Work ahead of delivery teams to define optimized journeys for upcoming iterations of epics and features

  • Create acceptance criteria in formats that support Acceptance Test Driven Development

  • Provide discipline, rigor, and business context to requirements definition and validation processes

  • Negotiate effectively with business stakeholders and technology partners to balance needs with development costs

  • Facilitate delivery teams to achieve incremental business value

  • Decompose business needs into epics, features, and stories for incremental delivery

  • Visualize business needs and requirements as journey maps and artifacts

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to complete required documentation

  • Is known for their strategic thinking and ability to articulate journey vision

  • Stands out for their strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and visualization abilities for business needs

  • Is recognized for their facilitation and negotiation skills in complex environments

  • Has 5 years of experience as a journey analyst or business analyst in a business context

  • Understands the Wealth Management industry and regulatory environment

  • Has a passion for client and advisor experience, with proven achievements

  • Possesses strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and departments

  • Holds a degree in Business or Marketing

The typical hiring range for this position is between 66 863$ and 107 000$; the base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity. (Include based on job-related benefits): In addition to this base compensation, there is a corporate bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, a retirement plan, flexible leave, and wellness programs.
