We are seeking a Senior Developer, Front End to join our talented team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a large role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our design system. You will work closely with the Technical Lead and with system designers, as well as collaborate with the product team to address the challenges of a rapidly growing design system with increasing demands while maintaining consistency across our many platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other team members to plan and architect react components and interaction patterns, and contribute to design discussions and decisions.
- Implement and deliver high-quality components and enhancements using JavaScript and React.
- Work as part of a "pod," a small team of front-end developers and designers to ensure effective and efficient development processes.
- Contribute to the technical health of the design system by adhering to engineering and UX best practices and participating in code reviews.
- Collaborate and assist with developers from other teams, to play a supporting role in ensuring the design system is accomplishing product and developer needs.
- Scope and plan development work, balancing speed with technical quality.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a JavaScript or Front-End Developer, ideally at the senior level
- Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar. (We use React + TypeScript)
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product/design teams.
- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and performance optimization.
