Job Description

Job Responsibilties 

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to fulfill the following responsibilities: 

• Design and develop security software applications and solutions 

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the development team 

• Work with the stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements 

• Provide development support for other development, QA and operations 

Job Qualifications 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Science, or equivalent education & experience 

Required Skills / Experience 

• Java (5 years+) 

• Hibernate or Java Persistence API (JPA) 

• Spring Framework (2.0 and up) and Spring MVC, or Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) 

• JSP, Servlet, HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL and JavaScriptHands on experience with MySQL and Oracle 

• JDBC (Java database connectivity technology) 

• SOAP and RESTful Web Services 

• Understanding of XML/XSD/WSDL 

• Tomcat 5 and up 

• PKI, Cryptography algorithms, Java cryptographic libraries (especially Bouncy Castle) 

• jQuery/JSF, UI development and design skills 

• AJAX (asynchronous JavaScript and XML) 

• Apache James 

• SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit) 

• LDAP (Lightweight Diectory Access Protocol) 

• Eclipse 

• J2EE (Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition)
