About the RoleAs Senior Insights Manager, you will lead insight programs and analytics workstreams for a key category, translating consumer, shopper, market, and commercial signals into clear, decision-ready recommendations. Working within Essity’s global standards and KPI frameworks, you will connect multiple data sources into compelling narratives that guide brand strategy, portfolio choices, and activation plans. This role partners closely with Category, Brand, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure insights drive measurable growth, stronger investment decisions, and long-term value.
What You Will Do- Insight Leadership: Integrate consumer, shopper, market, competitive, and commercial data into clear stories that highlight choices, trade-offs, and quantified business impact.
- Learning Agenda Management: Design and deliver end-to-end category learning agendas across brand, shopper, customer, and innovation, ensuring insights answer priority business decisions.
- Standards & KPI Application: Apply Essity CoE methodologies and unified KPI logic to ensure outputs are robust, comparable, and decision-ready.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Category/Brand, Sales, and Finance teams to translate insights into activation plans, portfolio decisions, and investment recommendations.
- Experimentation & Effectiveness: Support test-and-learn initiatives such as A/B testing and lift studies to improve creative, product, and commercial effectiveness.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage research agencies and data partners, defining scopes of work and ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead analysts and project teams, contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing within the Insights & Analytics community.
- 8–12 years of experience in insights and analytics, with strong ownership of category, brand, or portfolio analytics; experience in CPG or consumer health is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in consumer and shopper research, brand tracking, and performance analytics, with the ability to triangulate multiple data sources into clear recommendations.
- A strong influencer and storyteller with analytical rigor, problem-solving capability, and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects while coaching others.
