What You'll Do:
- Build and scale a new enterprise offering within Fullscript, contributing across the full development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve features—leading projects and owning your work from design to production.
- Develop highly usable features all the way through the stack to support our growing enterprise customer base.
- Drive best practices in software engineering through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and advocacy for clean, maintainable code.
- Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and hone their craft.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
- Scope and plan projects effectively, balancing speed with long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape the future of our platform.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a track record of building scalable applications.
- Expertise in Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong front-end skills with TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, etc.). Bonus if you have React Native experience.
- A deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Belief in writing tests and building robust, maintainable code.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you're resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments that involve ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills—you articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- A growth-oriented attitude, embracing feedback and continuous learning.
