The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer leads technical direction for UI projects, ensuring coding standards and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include architectural design, collaborating across teams, and solving complex technical challenges, all while applying agile methodologies and object-oriented principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for UI-based projects.
- Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Architectural Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:
- Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Storybook, MonoRepo.
- Java, spring, springboot.
- Microservices.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
- Good understanding of SOLID principles.
- Proficiency in the English language.
