Why We Need You:

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on our team, you’ll be crucial in crafting features that both accelerate and enrich every connection, helping our customers find new talent, enhance their sales, and make other impactful professional connections. You'll develop user-friendly flows, construct data pipelines that supply essential insights, and leverage AI-driven pipelines to forge more efficient and meaningful connections.

Our recruiting agents are designed to revolutionize how fast-growing organizations and large interconnected networks—such as venture capital funds, accelerators, membership communities, economic development organizations, and universities—discover the best talent. By eliminating busy work, our agents allow customers to focus on strategic initiatives and relationship building, leveraging the fact that the most qualified candidates often come from warm networks.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement elegant user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones and orchestrating delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to refine features and validate product fit.
  • Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
  • Foster an environment of rapid iteration and feedback, contributing to a culture that values innovation, learning, and impact.

Your Working Experience:

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross-functional teams (design, platform, etc.)
  • Exposure to working directly with customers in shaping product
  • Expert proficiency in Rails and React. 
  • Experience with Node.js is preferred.
  • Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to our codebase quickly.
  • Strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings.
