ABOUT TRADEIFY

Tradeify is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm and fintech platform empowering traders with capital, cutting-edge tools, and a high-performance ecosystem. We serve 60,000+ traders globally across futures and crypto, combining elite trading technology, education, and community to help traders succeed in global markets.

We are a fully remote team operating across 16 countries, and we have grown roughly 4x in the last year. As we continue to scale, finance is becoming a core strategic function, and we are building out our FP&A capability to support decision-making across the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of the finance function at Tradeify. Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will partner with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and strategic reporting across the business.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the executive team. You will own the financial models that guide capital allocation, pricing, vendor strategy, and growth investment decisions. You will also play a central role in preparing materials for the board and the C-suite, translating operational data into clear, actionable insights.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who wants to operate with real ownership in a high-growth fintech, works well with ambiguity, and is excited by the complexity of a prop trading business model.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Own the company-wide annual budget process and rolling monthly and quarterly forecasts

    • Partner with department heads to build bottoms-up budgets and maintain accountability against plan

    • Build and maintain a driver-based operating model that links headcount, marketing spend, trader volume, and payouts to financial outcomes

    • Run monthly budget vs actual reviews, surface variances, and identify corrective actions

  • Bonus and Compensation Planning

    • Partner with the CFO/COO and the People team to design, model, and maintain company-wide bonus and incentive plans

    • Build the financial modeling that underpins bonus pool sizing, payout mechanics, and company performance targets

    • Support the design of commission and variable compensation structures for revenue-generating roles

    • Track accruals and provide quarterly visibility into expected payouts against plan

    • Benchmark compensation costs against company performance and industry norms to inform executive decisions

  • Strategic and Board Reporting

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the CFO/COO, CEO, and the board

    • Translate financial data into clear narratives, KPIs, and executive dashboards

    • Support fundraising, strategic planning, and corporate development activities with financial analysis and scenario modeling

    • Build and maintain the company scorecard, tracking performance across growth, profitability, and operational KPIs

  • Unit Economics and Trader LTV/CAC

    • Build and continuously refine the unit economics model across the Tradeify trader lifecycle, including CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin

    • Partner with marketing and product to evaluate acquisition channel performance and inform paid media investment decisions

    • Analyze cohort performance and retention trends across evaluation and funded account products

    • Provide the analytical foundation for pricing, promotions, and product packaging decisions

  • Revenue and Payout Modeling

    • Own revenue forecasting across the Tradeify product suite, including evaluation accounts, funded accounts, and new products

    • Build and maintain the trader payout model, stress-testing assumptions and quantifying risk exposure under different market scenarios

    • Partner with risk, product, and trading operations to understand the drivers of gross profit and translate operational changes into financial impact

    • Identify opportunities to improve margin through pricing, product design, or payout structure

  • Vendor and Cost Management

    • Own vendor and cost tracking across the business, including clearing, data, technology, and contractor spend

    • Partner with department heads to evaluate vendor contracts, usage, and renewal decisions

    • Surface opportunities to consolidate spend, renegotiate terms, or improve unit cost efficiency as we scale

    • Maintain visibility into contractor and headcount spend in partnership with the People team

  • Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Act as a finance business partner to Marketing, Product, People, and Operations leaders

    • Bring financial rigor to operational decisions without slowing down execution

    • Help build finance systems, processes, and tooling that scale with the business

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 to 5 years of FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance experience, with at least part of that experience in an operating company

  • Prior experience working at a high-growth startup or scale-up, where you operated with ambiguity, wore multiple hats, and helped build finance processes from the ground up

  • Proven track record building and owning complex financial models from scratch

  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling

  • Experience with unit economics, LTV/CAC analysis, and cohort analytics

  • Exposure to bonus, commission, or incentive plan design

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance executives

  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets

  • Self-starter with a high ownership mindset and strong attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in fintech, prop trading, brokerage, online gaming, or consumer subscription businesses

  • Familiarity with futures, crypto, or other derivatives markets

  • Experience with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau), or Python for financial analysis

  • Experience supporting fundraising processes or working with a board

  • Experience implementing or scaling FP&A tools (Pigment, Mosaic, Cube, Anaplan, or similar)

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Fully remote role with a globally distributed team

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and high-impact strategic work

  • The opportunity to build out the FP&A function in a fast-growing fintech company

  • A culture that values ownership, speed, and high performance

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based upside
