Senior Financial Analyst, RGM at a Glance....
The Senior Financial Analyst, RGM will contemplate and execute pricing initiatives via list price increase, promo/trade optimization, and mix management. This person will lead integrated margin analysis for inflation management as well as Platform teams in Strategic Planning and AOP process on key pricing initiatives.
What's on the menu?

  • Pricing: mastery knowledge on cost based & value creation pricing; collect data and insights from various systems / dashboard to conduct price gap, price curve, and price tier analysis; build financial models to estimate pricing impact on various lines of P&L
  • Assortment: leverage consumer insights to identify white space opportunity for entry; Conduct mix analysis to optimize portfolio P&L
  • Promotions: proven ability in running promo optimization scenarios with fact based insights; know-how on key promo KPIs such as ROI, payback period, DoD, Frequencies, ads position and etc.
  • Analytical Thinking & Digital - Connects data to inform business drivers/decisions, delivers complex data sets using industry norms, can provide recommendations on insights
  • Conduct post-pricing analysis on performance, execution, and competition landscape
  • Perform category, competitive and channel analysis to inform the revenue strategy including profit pool assessment and trade program performance
  • Support rituals and routines for the Revenue management team
  • Develop the guardrails file by customer cluster
  • Provide support for ad-hoc pricing related projects and analysis as requested

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field required (MBA Preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years CPG industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience in Revenue Management/Sales or Category Finance/Consulting/Investment Banking related roles preferred
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional team members.
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment
  • Use of consumer research to develop growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of Nielsen & other syndicated data
