What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Director Finance, Technology Operations, this position is responsible to manage a portfolio of Technology Services producing standard service cost. The Analyst will collect data, complete analysis, financial reconciliations and make recommendations based on the information to management.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on site, while other days will be remote.
How You’ll Succeed

Data Analysis - Analyze financial and non-financial data and translate into management information through the costing processes established for the organization.

Building Models - Develop financial data models for standard costs for technology: services, roadmaps, benchmarking and allocations.

Trusted Advisor - Understand the changing Technology environment, identify areas of concern and bring data analysis and recommendations to the attention of management.
Who You Are
-
You can demonstrate 4-7 years’ experience in Cost Management/Cost Allocation, strategic business planning, business partnering, forecasting and financial analysis.

You have a degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Accounting/Finance/Business or Economics. An Accounting / Analyst designation is preferred, but not required – CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, CFA
