Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A-PDMS team.  You will report directly to the Finance Director - Head of FP&A for PDMS and will partner with both the VP of Data Management and the VP of Platform. In this capacity you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding and providing insights on investments, portfolio analysis and technology decision support, while adhering to your fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. You'll also lead financial consolidation for PDMS FP&A, tell the spend story of the division, and represent the division in technology rollout decisions and change management. The ideal candidate blends business and financial acumen with a creative, flexible mindset: strong working knowledge of financial and strategic planning, accounting, and business development; outstanding quantitative skills; and the curiosity to engage on complex technical topics. You're comfortable working across a matrixed, multi-level organization to gather and synthesize data, and to communicate and influence stakeholders effectively and on time. We offer flexible hybrid work arrangements to our employees.

  • Analyzing business performance: You’ll be reviewing the actual results of the business KPIs; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investments and driving maximized ROI
  • Problem Solving: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate through systems and people, drive process improvement and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Engaging with new technology: You’ll help lead our organization through technology changes, with a focus on driving clarity, favoring progress over perfection
