We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Leader to join the Boeing Global Services EHS Team at one of our beautiful locations in San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Jacksonville, FL; Mesa AZ; North Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Seattle, WA or St. Louis City, MO. Primary responsibilities include stakeholder engagement and executing the management system to support workplace safety, compliance with applicable EHS regulations and requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
This leader will support San Antonio, Jacksonville, FL, Field Operations, and non-US locations while demonstrating the Boeing Values and Behaviors and drive EHS Functional excellence in partnership with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong solutions orientation, be a self-starter, and have the ability to influence outcomes in order to drive Boeing's commitment to ensure compliance, foster a proactive safety culture, and enable operations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manages and develops employees and first-level managers performing activities to ensure health and safety requirements are met, including coordinating site inspections, interfacing with regulatory agencies, assessing risks across multiple locations such as San Antonio, Jacksonville, FL, Field Operations and non-US locations.
- Partners with program(s) and site(s) leadership to integrate safety into design as well as Maintenance and Modification Operations.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, and other regulatory bodies, as well as Boeing's internal safety and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in hazard identification, risk reduction, incident investigation, and EHS management systems
- Serve as primary interface with internal stakeholders as well as external regulatory agencies and industry partners
- Champion a safety-first culture through training, communication, employee engagement, and recognition programs
- Track, analyze, and report on key EHS metrics to senior executives, highlighting trends for improvement
- Influence long-term strategy for EHS innovation, including digital tools, predictive analytics, and sustainability initiatives
- Travel domestically and internationally for 20% of the time
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 7+ years of experience implementing or leading an environment, health, and safety management system/program
- 7+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across functions
- 1+ years of Experience with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in a managerial role
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DoD, etc.)
