Spring Health is seeking a results-driven Senior Director, B2B Content and Communications to lead the strategy and execution of B2B content and corporate communications that strengthen our position, build credibility, and accelerate pipeline. You will oversee a focused team across content and organic social and direct our PR agency to ensure we show up with a consistent, differentiated narrative in the market. You will partner closely with executives, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to turn our strategy, product value, and customer outcomes into compelling, high-performing storytelling. Success is measured by influence where it matters: target buyers, active pipeline, and industry leadership. This is a full time position on our team reporting to the VP, B2B Growth Marketing. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events. There is a strong preference for this position to be based in NYC and operate under a hybrid model, with three days per week in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave office.
What you’ll do:
B2B Content Strategy & Development
- Own the content strategy that supports GTM priorities and pipeline creation
- Set and guard the tone and voice for all B2B external content, ensuring clarity, credibility, and consistency
- Translate positioning and segment messaging into campaigns, narratives, and assets that fuel demand and conversion
- Manage editorial operations including prioritization, intake, resourcing, and content calendar
- Partner with Digital and Marketing Programs to drive SEO-led content performance, rankings, and conversion paths
- Lead multi-format content creation tailored to buyer personas and optimized for digital performance across paid, organic, and ABM channels
- Build systems to continuously source story ideas and data from product, execs, customers, and the field
- Apply modern content ops and AI workflows to scale production while improving quality
Corporate Communications and Executive Visibility
- Define corporate comms priorities with the CXO to reinforce our leadership narrative
- Direct PR agency execution to improve share of voice and media relevance in target outlets
- Strengthen executive visibility with high-quality speaking opportunities, earned commentary, and social amplification
- Prepare and coach spokespeople. Maintain message discipline across media and major moments
- Support alignment and responsiveness during product launches, news cycles, and reputation-sensitive situations
- Manage end-to-end awards submissions, including opportunity selection, narrative development, data collection, approvals, and submission execution across relevant industry and business awards programs
Events and “Moments That Matter”
- Position flagship events and launches as major storytelling and content engines
- Shape keynote narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all speakers and activations
- Drive post-event communications and follow-through that support pipeline acceleration
- Partner cross-functionally so events become repeatable sources of high-performing content
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and coach a small team of high performing marketers
- Manage vendors and PR agency partners for speed, capacity, and ROI
- Improve stakeholder experience through predictable delivery and clear trade-offs
Measurement and Optimization
- Set KPIs tied to pipeline influence, share of voice, digital performance, and executive visibility
- Monitor and optimize performance based on what moves deals and reputation
- Deprioritize low-impact activities and reinvest in what drives business value
- Lead experimentation to fine tune messaging efficacy and drive conversion velocity

- Clear thought leadership and differentiation reflected across PR, content, and social
- Measurable lift in content-influenced pipeline and velocity in priority segments
- Increased share of voice with relevant, high-credibility coverage in target media

What you’ll bring:
Experience
- 12+ years in B2B marketing with deep experience in content and/or communications
- Leadership roles in enterprise SaaS or tech enabled service environments
- Proven success driving commercial outcomes, not just awareness
- Executive communications experience with C-level partners
- Strong familiarity with demand programs, digital channels, and sales motions
Skills
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment for technical and business audiences
- Ability to influence senior leaders and balance competing priorities
- Skilled in SEO strategy, analytics, and digital content performance
- Strong program management and operational discipline
- Experience implementing modern content operations and/or AI content tooling

Preferred Qualifications

The target base salary range for this position is $199,090 - $248,860 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
