Job Overview

As the Senior Digital Growth Performance Consultant, you will be leading advisor social media & web platform & growth performance.

You will be responsible for managing, building and optimizing the website and social media platforms, technology and strategies to grow the advisor digital presence, adoption and usage to reach business goals. You will implement industry best practices and continuously enhanced how clients & prospects are engaging with advisors digitally with innovative solutions. You’ll be well connected to the industry and trends to be able to drive competitive advantage and push boundaries.

The candidate is someone who thrives in an innovative environment, is curious to test and learn, excels at building relationships with business partners, colleagues, and advisors. The candidate is forward-thinking, resilient, adaptable, has excellent communication and organizational skills and can lead and deliver digital roadmap with multiple partners.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the advisor social media & web platform and its improvement to drive business outcomes.

  • Build relationships with advisors and business partners. Gather feedback to refine and improve.

  • Partner with our Digital Enterprise team to improve the platforms.

  • Lead, execute and report on business cases.

  • Manage growth performance of each platform to hit business goals.

  • Stay compliant & manage business risk.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong collaborating and influencing approach to build and maintain relationships within advisors and partners.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to constantly evolving business priorities.

  • Minimum 5 years in website site and social media management and growth performance.

  • Proven track record of success, leading, influencing and implementing digital technology and strategies.

  • Strategic mindset; ability to properly identify, frame and solve problems.

  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking, 1:1 communications, and ability to influence and negotiate.

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
