Join our team to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with practice leads, project managers, and clients to build high-quality customizations, integrations, and reports that enable business success.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on AL development and related technologies, with opportunities to contribute to solution architecture and best practices across our ERP practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, integrations, and reports for Business Central.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain development and testing environments.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Support troubleshooting and performance optimization for Business Central solutions.
You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Navision).
- Proficiency in AL Language for Business Central development.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and version control systems (GitHub or Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Platform.
- SQL and supporting tools (SSRS, SSIS, etc.).
- HTML, JavaScript, REST API development, and related technologies.
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Reporting and analytics experience with Power BI or Jet Reports.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.

Salary & Benefits
- The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
- Employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus that reflects both individual performance and company-wide results.

- Candidates should have a reliable vehicle as some travel will be required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
