We are looking for a Senior Designer with a focus on Web design to lead design projects and collaborate with our development and marketing teams to deliver visually stunning and functional websites. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire design process from concept to launch, ensuring that the Phoenix’s website is not only beautiful but also user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of websites using Webflow, from wireframing to final launch.

  • Create user-centric designs for a variety of digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership, engineering and marketing to understand design needs and deliver solutions that elevate Phoenix’s web experience.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality of work.

  • Develop custom Webflow animations and interactions to enhance user experience and engagement.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure the best possible user experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, best practices, and Webflow updates to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and developers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues in the Webflow platform.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Web Designer or similar role with a focus on Webflow (3+ years).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow design expertise, with examples of complex, responsive websites you have built.

  • Advanced proficiency in Webflow, including the ability to design, develop, and maintain fully functional websites without relying on third-party integrations.

  • Deep knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and user experience (UX) best practices.

  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Figma.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to communicate effectively with developers.
