  • Communicate analysis results and outcomes clearly and tailor messaging based on the audience

  • Help build and evolve our analytical foundation, including event instrumentation, metric frameworks, and scalable self-serve analytics tools

  • Mentor other analysts and raise the bar for data storytelling, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence across the organization

  • 5+ years of experience with a programming language such as Python or R

  • 5+ years of experience with applied statistical techniques, such as inferential methods, causal methods, A/B testing, or statistical modeling techniques

  • Experience using machine learning and statistical analysis for building data-driven product solutions or conducting methodological research

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings from data and models into compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus (Nice to Have)
  • Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or a related field

  • Experience in a product-focused role in the medical domain

  • Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of elevating scientific standards and developing junior talent across teams
