We need innovative and hard-working people to help us reach our goals. We are looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager to join NVIDIA’s Datacenter Engineering & Operations Team. In this critical role, you will be the cross-section between execution and strategy, driving impactful programs and delivering measurable results across many functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship management expertise, a proven project management foundation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while ensuring successful outcomes with internal collaborators. This is an opportunity to work on ground breaking technologies while influencing outcomes at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives.

  • Act as a Trusted Partner to Internal R&D Customers: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand operational and capacity needs and translate them into clear, actionable deployment and execution plans.

  • Own Program Communication & Visibility: Develop and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes.

  • Enable Strategic Alignment & Road Mapping: Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities and ensure initiatives support long-term business objectives.

  • Optimize Capacity & Resource Planning: Build and manage resource models to forecast demand, prevent bottlenecks, and support large-scale infrastructure deployments.

  • Lead Issue Management & Resolution: Intake, prioritize, and drive closure of customer-reported concerns, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across teams.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry with a preferred focus on datacenter infrastructure.

  • You should have a history of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment.

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus-building supporting both internal and external customers.

  • Strong background thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments, with proven adaptability to obscurity, rapid change, and matrixed team structures.

  • Program Management certification / training is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
