Merative is now searching for a Senior Technical Consultant with Cúram product experience to join our team!
As a Senior Technical Consultant on the Merative services team, you will have significant responsibility in the delivery of project implementations.
You will work closely with clients, systems integration partners and teams at our project sites to provide architecture guidance and implement Case Management solutions using the Cúram platform.
Essential Job Duties:

Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.

Create functional and technical designs as well as solution prototypes, to support Cúram configurations and extensions such as workflow, rules and/or integrations.

Work closely with client and partner staff on matters related to the Cúram technical architecture leveraging solid communication, both written and verbal, skills.

Develop, code and unit test Cúram extensions in a J2EE environment.

Develop REST APIs.

Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic
-
Develop SQLs and performance tune DBs like Oracle and DB2.

Ability to work within Agile delivery teams, and DevOps processes.

Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills

Establish and maintain a demonstrated working relationship with fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner.

Lead and mentor less experienced consultants on project teams

Apply industry standard design methodologies and patterns
Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job)

Over 10 years of experience in applications design/development principles in a hands-on computer related role
-
Over 6 years of experience with Curam services delivery, including batch, online, rules, workflows, web services.

Around 5-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development, JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript
-
Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, Oracle or DB2 databases, Webshpere or Weblogic.

At least 1+ year of experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages (e.g. React.js, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

Knowledge in UML

Readiness to travel 75% travel annually

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills

Ability to apply data architecture and data government best practices (ideally in a health and human services agency), ETLs, BI platform, data integration, data quality assessments, data migration strategies and load management techniques.

Cloud experience / delivery of applications with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other, Kubernetes/Docker

DevOps, development/integration tooling SCM, CI/CD and/or Jenkins, Pipelines (Azure or AWS), Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Packer/Terraform, etc.

Experience in delivery of applications on Cloud with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other

Experience on containers using Kubernetes, Helm charts
