  • Conduct strategic analysis through various methodologies, including User Testing, Customer Surveys, User Interviews, Persona Definition, User Journey Mapping, Quantitative Data Analysis, Competitive Audits, ROI Forecasting, Revenue Growth Modeling, and Customer Lifetime Value Modeling.
  • Develop and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including identifying opportunities, forming data-backed hypotheses, and partnering with UX and Engineering to test and optimize key site experiences.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve on-site performance across the funnel, translating learnings into actionable recommendations and roadmap inputs.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights, developing a comprehensive narrative for clients that provides them with the tools they need to make informed business decisions and achieve their goals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Strong experience in e-commerce strategy, with a deep understanding of DTC business models and on-site conversion dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and prioritized actions.
  • Experience partnering with UX, Design, and Engineering teams to bring insights and experiments to life.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, Shoplift, Visual Website Optimizer, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience conducting UX analysis, usability testing, and heuristic reviews.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
