What you’ll do:
Lead the development of predictive models that will form the basis for information-driven strategies in credit and collection risk including managing delivery timelines and coordinating team resources
Own the full cycle scorecard design and development from target definition and data preparation through to implementation, documentation, and performance measurement
Create customer segmentation schemes that will provide strategy teams with insights into our customers
Monitor effectiveness of all statistical models and recommend appropriate course of action
Deploy new models and track day-to-day scoring activities, addressing system or procedural issues as needed
Perform optimization analysis and build supporting component predictions
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to understand and interpret data
Deliver effective communications of key design elements and development results
Work on other related functions and ad hoc activities to support business objectives
What you bring:
University degree in one of the STEM courses. Postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines
Three or more years experience performing statistical analysis, building predictive models, scorecard development or customer segmentation. Exposure in credit risk management or in credit card/banking is a plus
Proficient expert in at least one of the key data mining tools, e.g. SAS, SQL, Python. Familiarity with statistical modeling software (SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Analytics Workbench, etc.) is a plus
Demonstrated superior analytical, mathematical, programming and problem-solving skills
Ability to accurately and consistently understand and manipulate large volumes of granular and detailed data
Proven ability to translate business needs into statistically sound solutions
Capable of clearly communicating analytical results to business stakeholders

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
