About Us
Let’s go on an adventure together!
Hey there, we’re G Adventures. We’re one of the world’s leading small group travel companies, and we’ve always believed that travel isn’t just about where you go — it’s about how it changes you.
For the last 35 years, we’ve set out to do things differently. No cookie-cutter tours. No giant buses or cruise ships. And not to mention, as few selfie sticks as possible. Just real humans, travelling your heart out across the world with open minds and a non-stop desire to make our planet better, simply by exploring it.
At G Adventures, our DNA (or GNA, if you will) is built on belonging — where bringing your authentic self to work every day isn’t just accepted, it’s downright celebrated. For our office crew — you wanna rock a t-shirt with your dog’s face on it? We say go for it. For our Chief Experience Officers — you wanna hit the road and call some of the most epic places on Earth your home office? We love that — and we’ve got you. Wanna spend your days with people you genuinely like? Us too — and we’re pretty sure you’ll fit right in, wherever that is.
Now about that career of yours — this is the kind of place where you can spread your wings and truly grow into your role. The best part? You get to do it all alongside a passionate, freakishly talented, one-of-a-kind bunch excited to produce top-notch work and spread a ridiculous amount of goodness at the same time.
Feel like this could be the right fit? We think so too, and we’re already way too excited to meet you.
About the Role:
Are you over filming interviews as exciting as a power outage or exporting FINALFINALTHISONEISSERIOUSLYTHEFINALVERSION7.MP4 because a client changed the music after ten rounds of revisions?
We know the pain. Here at G Adventures, we’ve built a creative playground that stays away from the agency-grind-70-hour-week-but-here’s-some-pizza kind of "fun". It’s a place where even your worst ideas are encouraged and you get to work with incredible footage shot all over the world by our wonderful team.
In this role, your craft is defined by pacing and rhythm. You understand that a great edit is about emotional timing—knowing when to let a moment breathe and when to drive it forward. You ignore trends in favour of narrative purpose. You’re driven by our mission to make the world a better place while having the guts to push our visual identity into new territory.
Above all, we’re looking for a good person to join our seriously fun team. If that’s you, you might be our next Creative Video Producer.
What You’ll be Doing:
Sharing ideas (some outrageously ridiculous, others less so) with an enthusiastic creative team.
Plan, film, and cut everything from short social content to ads to beautiful travel destination videos.
Editing, editing and more editing. While you’ll get into the field, post-production is the heartbeat of this role.
Join forces with global colleagues to elevate their ideas, projects, and opportunities through video.
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years of professional video production experience.
Advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and supers.
Operating cinema cameras, lighting, and capturing clean audio.
Colour grading, audio mixing, and media management.
An open mind, a willingness to take big swings and fail, and a positive attitude.
Eye for detail, great organization, and an ability to translate a brief into a strong video while staying consistent with brand guidelines.
