About Flipp

Flipp partners with the largest North American retailers and brands to deliver local promotions and savings to millions of engaged shoppers daily, driving superior returns on investments.

We help people make smarter shopping decisions with autonomy and accountability. With rising living costs, Flipp's mission is crucial. Our Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content, aiding shoppers in deciding what to buy and where to buy it. Together, we make a difference.

Our five principles, Progress Over Perfection, Clarity Through Transparency, Learn Loudly, Challenge with Empathy, and Always Build Better, bring a relentless progress mindset to life. They’re not just slogans, but they’re the behaviours we expect, reward, and hold ourselves accountable to. You'll be equipped to make an impact, realize your potential, and stay inspired every step of the way.

As a Senior Content & Social Specialist, you will own Flipp’s B2B storytelling across the Americas, shaping how we show up as a trusted voice in the retail industry. Your focus will be on bringing global narratives to life at the regional level, translating business priorities, research, and market insights into compelling, high-impact content across key markets: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.

Beyond the regional scope, you will also play a key role globally. You will work closely with the People & Culture team on employer branding content for both Flipp and Shopfully, crafting narratives that strengthen our positioning as a global, integrated company and support talent attraction across markets. Employer branding is embedded in business storytelling, showcasing people, expertise, and impact through credible, narrative-driven content. This work naturally connects with internal communications, where you will strengthen knowledge sharing and engagement across the organization.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:
  • Own and drive the Social Media and Content Strategy across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistency while translating global narratives into relevant regional storytelling.
  • Drive the creation and delivery of global employer branding content for both Flipp and Shopfully, developing assets that strengthen our positioning as a global, integrated company across all markets.
  • Define and execute content plans across all owned channels — including LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, newsletters, and corporate websites — ensuring alignment between regional initiatives and global priorities.
  • Create and optimize high-impact content (LinkedIn and Instagram posts, videos, ebooks, case studies), working closely with content specialists, designers, and videomakers from concept to publishing and performance analysis.
  • Shape and amplify executive presence on LinkedIn, elevating leadership visibility, and drive employee advocacy programs, to extend the reach of our content.
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives at a global level, managing internal newsletters and the company intranet to deliver clear, consistent messaging.
  • Own and manage corporate websites (WordPress CMS), overseeing content updates, publishing, and coordination with external agencies.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation and social media management, with a strong editorial mindset and a sharp eye for tone of voice and brand consistency.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and strategic messaging for both external and internal audiences.
  • Ability to connect content strategy to business objectives and translate complex topics and business priorities into high-impact content.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including formats, algorithms, and performance levers.
  • Professional-level fluency in spoken and written Spanish is required.
