The Role

As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will lead Tiree’s content program, driving our brand strategy to enhance visibility and achieve business objectives while supporting internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you’ll collaborate across teams and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to shape Tiree’s voice, craft compelling narratives, and expand our influence in new markets. Your work will drive measurable growth in audience engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

Develop and Execute Content Strategy

  • Build and implement Tiree’s content marketing strategy with clear objectives and a calendar aligned to growth goals.
  • Identify audience needs, map the customer journey, and create a targeted, data-driven content plan that addresses pain points.
  • Regularly evaluate performance metrics and market trends to optimize content strategy and maintain relevance.

Drive Engaging Content Marketing Initiatives

  • Craft compelling narratives that differentiate Tiree, resonate with target audiences, and amplify our unique value. Distribute across multiple platforms, including website, social media and blog to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create engaging internal communications, including newsletters, to foster transparency and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, service line leaders, and cross-functional teams to produce high-impact content, integrating technical insights into accessible, engaging materials.

Optimize Digital Engagement

  • Leverage SEO and analytics tools to boost Tiree’s digital presence, optimize search visibility, and improve audience engagement metrics.
  • Experiment with new technologies, including AI content tools, to enhance efficiency and creativity in content creation.
  • Analyze performance data to refine strategies, ensuring content is data-informed and aligned with business goals.

Ensure Brand Consistency

  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all touchpoints, adhering to Tiree’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate to create visually appealing content that reinforces a professional and cohesive brand experience.
  • Establish best practices for content creation and quality assurance to uphold brand standards across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in content marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in professional services industries is a strong asset).
  • Proven expertise in developing content marketing strategies, with measurable success in engaging clients and generating leads.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with strategic objectives.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the flexibility to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data and performance metrics to inform and optimize content strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, web analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for content creation and optimization is an asset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, staying informed of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality content delivery.
