The opportunity
We are looking for a performance-driven content marketing professional to join our Industry Content Marketing team. This team is responsible for delivering content materials to support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Industry verticals, including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, AEC, aerospace, etc.
The role involves devising, owning, and delivering the content strategy, as well as hands-on creation of content marketing materials across multiple formats. We welcome applicants based in the United States who can work remotely from East Coast time zones to ensure effective collaboration and overlapping hours with our EMEA team.
What you'll be doing
- Craft a rich, continuous pipeline of compelling content in support of overall GTM strategy that will be used in multiple touch points across the user journey. Content types can include: Case studies, industry reports, e-books, webinars, videos, blog posts, promotional copy, emails, etc.
- Responsible for the customer story pipeline; identifying and delivering content telling customer stories in a format that best aligns to the GTM strategy (such as; case study, guest blog post, speaker presentation, etc).
- Monitor, and optimize content performance based on data.
- Own, devise, and deliver content strategy in alignment with business goals, such as demand generation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards a joint goal of GTM success.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in creating high-quality content marketing leveraged for engagement, retention and acquisition, that is aligned with messaging and positioning strategy.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into a narrative suitable for specific audiences.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify, initiate, and execute content strategies that enhance the overall marketing narrative and GTM motions.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, growth marketing, creative, events, and web teams.
- Strong communication skills to work with a wide internal stakeholder group comprising peers and senior colleagues.
- Understanding of, and experience with, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- A master of time management, who can prioritize, tune out the noise, and drive to execution with a laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment.

- B2B GTM experience in a SaaS environment.
- Marketing experience within, and a business understanding of, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare or AEC verticals.
