Job Description:

The Senior Consultant, Search Engine Marketing is a remote opportunity and will report into the Director, Digital Media. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid and organic search campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client goals. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid and organic search strategies aligned with client goals.

  • Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, budget monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.

  • Manage and integrate SEO with paid search efforts. This includes measurement, technical, off-site and onsite elements of a successful SEO campaign.

  • Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams and platform reps to lead the best performance.

  • Attend and represent the team at regular client meetings.

  • Mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid and organic search.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.

  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus.

  • Experience with both organic and paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends

  • The search landscape is rapidly changing, clearly demonstrating how you adapt and learn new approaches and best practices is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and our teams.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful organic and paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
