What you’ll be doing 

You’ll be part of Specialized Advice supporting the mobile mortgage advisor channel. You’ll be responsible to lead and focus on optimizing business processes, aligned with the deployment of new platform capabilities by contributing to strategic technology projects that impact key frontline systems and process through in-depth analysis, system subject matter expertise, understanding of key procedures and obtaining frontline and operations team feedback in support of business process design and system technical requirements. In addition, you’ll own key channel strategy segments by developing roadmaps to carry out and execute strategic goals.

How you’ll succeed 

  • Analytical mindset – Bridge the gap between technology architecture and business process design, aligning business operations and strategic priorities with complex infrastructure requirements, creating actionable strategies that keep the client and employee experience front and center 

  • Process excellence - Bringing an expertise in process improvement methodologies you will effectively identify problems, break down the opportunity and work collaboratively to solution that which will drive business outcomes

  • You are an inspiring storyteller utilizing both oral and written (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) communication mediums to effectively explain business process / technical gaps and proposed solutions to a wide variety of audiences, including senior executives

  • Business architecture – Bridge the gap between technology and business teams, operations and strategic priorities, creating actionable strategies that keep the client and employee experience front and center as well as process management (Lean Six Sigma certificate is nice to have)

  • Design and manage process changes - Manage ongoing feedback and act as a SME by working with internal teams and key internal partners, including but not limited to, product, retail mortgage operations, credit adjudication, frontline and business controls to effectively communicate and deliver changes to the business teams.

  • Understanding and documenting requirements - Work closely with business partners, operations leadership, and the frontline to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
