What You’ll Be Doing

At Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, we’re building the bank of the future. The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement will play a critical role in shaping and delivering transformational initiatives that drive impact across the organization and for our clients. This role is at the forefront of change, championing the adoption of new ways of working and fostering a culture that embraces innovation and continuous improvement. This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs – from opportunity identification to execution – with a strong emphasis on change management. With a focus on embedding AI and digital capabilities that are scalable, people-centric, and business aligned, you will proactively identify potential change barriers and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring employees are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transformation journey. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear action. You’ll drive change that sticks, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and deliver with speed – helping us build the next generation of enterprise solutions.

How You’ll Succeed

  • People Change Management - Champion change management activities by developing comprehensive plans that include stakeholder assessments, communication strategies, training, and reinforcement mechanisms to drive adoption and minimize resistance. Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and other engagement activities to build buy-in and foster a positive change experience.
  • Strategy - Develop forward-looking, scalable change strategies and frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Execution/Implementation - Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives – orchestrating work packages across various partners. Drive disciplined delivery with agility and flexibility, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable outcomes while adapting to evolving priorities, especially in the AI and digital space.
  • Cross-functional collaboration & strategic alignment - Act as a key integrator across product, business and functional teams – building strong relationships, aligning priorities, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable strategies. Serve as a central liaison and trusted partner, ensuring strategic initiatives remain connected to enterprise objectives while aligning stakeholders and resolving challenges related to change impacts.
  • Deliver with speed - Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change with agility.
