The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant, you operate as the engagement lead for client automation initiatives, accountable for delivering complex programs from strategy through execution. You bring structure, foresight, and accountability to every engagement—owning delivery planning, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder alignment
You act as the central leader across client and delivery teams, ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes. Beyond managing project mechanics, you provide consulting leadership, guiding clients through decisions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring automation programs deliver meaningful business value.
You are a trusted advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with strategic insight.
Accountabilities
- Serve as Project Manager and Engagement Lead on automation initiatives, owning plans, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
- Lead client engagements for automation initiatives, owning delivery plans, governance structures, risks, and executive reporting.
- Operate as the primary engagement lead, coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technical, and client stakeholders.
- Drive delivery structure and momentum, defining milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring work progresses predictably.
- Establish governance and communication frameworks, including status reporting, steering committees, and escalation processes.
- Partner closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between requirements, solution design, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and executive communication, maintaining transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Partner closely with Sales and the Account Executive, providing visibility into engagement progress, identifying expansion opportunities, and sharing client insights that support account growth and long-term partnership development.
- Coach and guide consultants, supporting delivery excellence and strengthening consulting capabilities across the team.
- Lead project planning and execution - defining milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating across business and technical teams.
- Establish project governance frameworks, including communication cadence, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Oversee testing and release readiness, ensuring alignment between requirements, solution design, and validation results.
- Lead client-facing steering committees and project status meetings, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Proactively manage client expectations, escalating challenges, and driving resolution to maintain confidence and control.

You’re a structured thinker, confident facilitator, and calm force in fast-moving environments. You’ve delivered complex automation or digital transformation projects, and you know how to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage the details without losing sight of the big picture.
- Executive presence and facilitation strength: You lead meetings with purpose, structure discussions, and drive clear decisions
- Outstanding communication skills: You distill complexity into clarity, whether you're aligning with clients, guiding delivery teams, or presenting to leadership
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability, translating complexity into clear direction
- Strong project management expertise, including agile delivery, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and team coordination

- Experience working in consulting or high-stakes delivery environments, where stakeholder alignment, accountability, and speed all matter
