Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will shape the journey from the sales process through order placement, customer setup and activation, in the digital and sales team channels.

You will create the roadmap for onboarding customers, working with product and technology teams to design customer-centric experiences that ensure seamless interactions and efficiencies.

Your work will have a direct impact on acquisition rates for small and large businesses across Canada.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Business Transformation Office

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Solve complex problems; use thought leadership to exercise judgement and identify solutions
  • You will assess current state and develop actionable roadmaps, make data driven and market research-based decisions
  • Maximize the value your team by ensuring that the backlog is aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities
  • Manage all elements of the customer onboarding journey, including gathering and creating requirements, introducing new features and functionality to improve the experience and eliminate friction
  • Develop solution concepts to address opportunities, gaps and requirements to maintain competitiveness of the onboarding process, consulting on concepts with Technology, and developing business cases to support decisions and prioritization
  • Maintain a high level of transparency and communication through proactive interactions. Foster relationships with internal partners (Product, Technology, Operations, Partnership teams, Sales, Marketing) to assess partnership opportunities, and ensure the success of your Customer Journey roadmap and readiness

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a product/process owner capacity
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices and learn/use applicable tools and processes.
  • Experience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, change management, process and experience design
  • You can navigate through ambiguity, curiosity is in your nature
  • You see the big picture but pick up on details; you notice things that others don't
  • Collaborate and deliver results cross-functionally. Proficient in managing processes, engaging/influencing audiences, building relationships, to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Work in teams across the organization with multiple partners and to influence and align others
