We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Administrative Assistant to join our Oncology team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Oncology team and direct assistance to the Country Manager Oncology. A Typical Day may include:

  • Coordinating logistics and documentation for key meetings, including the Canadian Leadership Team and Commercial Connect.

  • Managing external funding requests, ensuring proper documentation and process flow.

  • Organizing off-site meetings, booking venues, and arranging transport and accommodation.

  • Handling travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports.

  • Providing diary management and organizing meetings for the Country Manager Oncology.

  • Supporting the development of digital and offline materials and maintaining trackers for the Promotional Review Committee.

  • Assisting with onboarding new vendors and managing internal review processes for HCP engagements.

  • Offering project support for larger meetings and events, including key presentations and Teams site management.

  • You are a self-starter who can solve problems and work comfortably in ambiguous situations, and through effective and professional communication at all level of the organization.

To Be Considered:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential, and the ability to communicate in French is an asset. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in using computer and phone systems, including MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
