THE OPPORTUNITY

How would you like to spark curiosity with potential channel partners and end customers, while leveraging your expertise in Sales to fuel our growth?  

As the Channel Sales Manager at NavVis, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Americas (except USA) for NavVis, drive the success of our existing partner in Canada, actively developing new reseller partners in middle and south American countries in the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals 

Together with you, we want to build a market-leading global reseller community, a high-performing channel and a great team culture whilst bringing digital twins to every room.

This position can be based either in USA or Canada. 


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will use your sales instinct and understanding of use and business cases to coach our new and existing partners on product-specific qualification processes and the 'LSP customer journey', apart from creating winning strategies and engagement best practices for prospective accounts.
  • Drive the NavVis product and service expansion among channel partners in the Americas  
  • Drive continued sales enablement and through this, a focused mind share on NavVis solutions to ensure a strong level of collaboration and partnership 
  • Strategically enhance the successful enablement of our existing partner, showcase NavVis’ success story as well as value proposition among the end-users 
  • You will create channel recruitment & go-to-market plans for new & existing partners, especially in middle and south Americas pertaining to their target industry/market and drive growth & win-win relationships  
  • Present to a wide variety of surveying and laser scanning clients, as well as Solution Partners, who will provide their end-customers with the next generation of indoor digitization 
  • You will leverage your network of potential customers, as well as draw upon a wide set of existing leads (generated by our marketing / lead generation channels)  
  • You will act as the trusted advisor & main point of contact to our partners from the initial contact all the way to the sale


WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • An advanced understanding of channel distribution, go-to-market, and partner management. 
  • Excellent business acumen and partner management skills is essential to understand and consequently succeed together with your channel partners 
  • A collaborative mindset to ensure strong alignment with wider NavVis teams and both internal and external stakeholders 
  • A foundational understanding of AEC, Survey verticals will be beneficial for you to identify and establish a relationship with high-value, qualified resellers 
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset will help you take ownership of the new region and comfortably settle into NavVis' high-growth scale-up environment 
  • Great communication skills will empower you to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across functions and levels, both internally and externally
  • Additional language skills are beneficial to conquer this large region (French and/or Spanish)
  • Work Authorization for Canada
