We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (GTM / Sales) to support the ongoing execution and optimization of our GTM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce and the broader Commercial Strategy & Operations tech stack. In this role, you will configure, maintain, and enhance systems to support the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams—ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and user adoption.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements. You’ll partner with stakeholders across RevOps, Sales, and IT to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of our core systems.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, and this person can be based anywhere in Canada.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce and integrated GTM systems (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, etc.), ensuring reliability, data integrity, and performance.
  • Triage and implement enhancement requests in Salesforce by working closely with RevOps, Sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Support operational processes including territory updates, quota uploads, account ownership changes, and planning cycles.
  • Execute system changes such as custom fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality standards, helping implement validation logic and supporting governance efforts.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide front-line support to GTM users while enabling self-serve adoption and process adherence.
  • Assist in documenting processes and updating user guides to support training and enablement efforts.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to process automation, CRM enhancements, and GTM system scalability.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Salesforce Administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GTM workflows such as account and opportunity management, territory design, and lead routing.
  • Working knowledge of RevOps tools such as Gong, Hubspot or ZoomInfo is a strong asset.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration requirements with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented approach to internal stakeholders.
