Job Description :

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive dashboards that allow internal clients to explore data autonomously and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to extract relevant insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and answer business questions with key performance indicators.

  • Design optimized data models and document the methodology used.

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the analyzed data.

  • Work autonomously while collaborating in an Agile environment.
     

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, or equivalent.

  • A Master’s in business intelligence is a plus.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Good knowledge of SQL, and ideally BigQuery.

  • Ability to present complex concepts and present them through clear visualizations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bilingual (FR/EN). The person will need to collaborate with stakeholders located outside of Quebec.

Working Conditions

  • Contract type: Full-time (35 hours/week)

  • Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week at Place Ville-Marie, Montreal)
