JOB SUMMARY:
- Position: Business Analyst + Data Analyst
- Job Location: Bangalore/Pune
- Experience: 7+ years
Role Description:
- Data analysis
- Capturing, analyzing and documenting business process
- Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
- Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions
Additional Skills:
- Technical data & data modeling knowledge; ETL understanding
- Data analytics hands-on experience
- Stakeholder management
- Agile delivery hand-on experience
- Banking domain knowledge
- ESG knowledge desired but not a requisite
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with a variety of people (across HSBC DAO and DBS) to achieve results
- Proactive with good organizational skills and forward planning
- Excel working knowledge
