What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Associate, CIBC Global Asset Management Product Management & Operations, plays a key supporting role in the daily operations of product management for CIBC’s investment products. You will primarily be involved in the creation and maintenance of product support materials, including fund fact sheets, commentaries and performance reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior product management staff to coordinate product activities, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at growing and retaining assets.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Provide support - Lead the creation, development, and execution of product support collateral, including fact sheets, performance reports, and sales tools, in collaboration with product and sales teams. Provide support for product management activities, including product updates and sales communications.

  • Provide solutions - Build and maintain a deep, ongoing understanding of CIBC Global Asset Management’s product offerings.

  • Executing ideas - Oversee the management and maintenance of the collateral library, ensuring annual updates and compliance with governance standards.

  • Relationship building - Partner with cross-functional digital teams to ensure timely and effective publication of content.

Who You Are

  • You demonstrate 3+ years of Financial Services investment experience and knowledge of the fundamentals of mutual funds, ETFs and the asset management industry. It's an asset if you have knowledge of National Instrument 81-102 for marketing and sales communications.

  • You’re a certified professional. It's an asset if you have completed the Canadian Securities.  

  • You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your attention to detail and project management keeps content accurate, on brand, and on time.

  • You work effectively with a variety of tools. You demonstrate expertise in leveraging a wide range of tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. You are proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. It's an asset if you are experienced using Morningstar Direct and skilled in utilizing automation software to optimize and streamline the creation of recurring product support materials.
