As a Senior Associate, Media Management, you will support our integrated media team by providing media project management, financial oversight, and executional support to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. As the ideal candidate, you have experience in managing media projects, negotiating media buys, and handling media budgets, along with an understanding of industry trends and platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • Facilitate and manage the RFP process with media partners to ensure on-time delivery of product options aligned to the brief.
  • Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
  • Manage the processing of media invoices, reconciliation of costs, and reporting of financial performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support the Integrated Media team with budget reallocation and variance analysis, based on campaign performance and business needs.
  • Apply media knowledge to address media and business challenges
  • Review paperwork necessary for purchase authorizations
  • Manage the resolution of billing discrepancies
  • Write and attend client facing communication regarding budget and billing reconciliation processes

Who you are :

  • Experienced (1-3 years) in media buying/planning, project management and finance, preferably within a media agency environment 
  • You have a proven track record in supporting the management of media budgets, campaign planning, and negotiation with media vendors.
  • Familiar with media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs) and traditional media buying (TV, radio, print).
  • Advanced user of Excel and media finance reporting systems for budgeting and tracking.
  • An excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Able to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-taskAble to work independently
