Responsibilities
•Lead and collaborate with teams, providing coaching and mentorship. Support employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP).
•Champion change management, including process improvements, standard operating procedure updates, and training.
•Own project management responsibilities, including planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
•Develop and execute solutions that create positive change in financial services.
•Participate in proposal development and other sales support activities.
•Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR.

Qualifications
•5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
•Prior consulting and banking experience is a strong asset.
•Business analysis and/or project management skills are an asset.
•Experience leading teams and small-to-medium-sized projects with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching. 
•Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
•Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
•Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
•Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
•Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Education Requirements
•Related University Degree.
