We’re searching for a Canada-based Systems Architect to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can strategically align and modernize our internal platforms. The Enterprise Systems Architect will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the technology architecture underpinning RLDatix’s internal corporate systems to support our growth and operational goals. This is the ideal opportunity for someone in a technical/systems/solutions architecture role looking to increase the scope of their role to the Enterprise architecture level.


How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Define and document the target architecture for internal corporate systems to ensure scalability, performance, and integration.
  • Create actionable roadmaps for platforms such as Dayforce, NetSuite, Salesforce, and related systems.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across finance, HR, and other internal domains to ensure secure and efficient systems.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and integration specialists to ensure consistent interfaces using middleware tools.
  • Serve as the architectural point of contact for corporate systems and mentor engineers on best practices.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience as a Technical/Systems Architect, or a Senior/Principle Engineer with strong architectural design responsibilities.
  • Ideally exposure to designing and integrating enterprise-level systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with any middleware integration tools (e.g. Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft...)
  • Genuine interest in enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent internal systems through strategic architecture.
  • Comfortable working independently and in partnership with cross-functional teams to bridge technical and business perspectives.
