Who You Are

As a Senior Analyst on the Strategic Initiatives team, you will play a critical role in enabling the development, enhancement, and adoption of scalable clinical service models across Dentalcorp’s network. You will work at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational execution, and business growth, supporting the strategic development, design, and enablement of scalable services across the network. You will work out of Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre from Mondays through Thursdays with Fridays being work from home.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Strategic Analysis & Insight

  • Conduct data analysis using Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks across service lines.

  • Translate data into clear, concise narratives and recommendations that inform strategic decisions and guide roadmap development.

Service Model & Initiative Support

  • Support the design, refinement, and rollout of standardized clinical service models across disciplines

  • Analyze patient demand trends, clinician capability data, and practice-level economics to support service blueprinting and prioritization.

Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Build reporting frameworks, and KPI structures that measure adoption, outcomes, and overall business impact of new service models.

  • Monitor key metrics tied to patient access, same-store growth, operational efficiency, and quality-of-care outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical faculty, operations, technology, and practice teams to support rollout planning, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to reducing friction between strategy and execution by providing analytical clarity and structured recommendations.

  • Champion a culture of bias to action—empowering teams to move decisively, iterate quickly, and maintain consistent forward progress across all strategic initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, strategy, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to tell compelling narratives through data and influence decisions through structured insights.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, modeling) and exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment as a curious, proactive self-starter.

  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • A growth mindset—comfortable with feedback, new challenges, and continuous learning.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, data-driven environment with high-impact projects.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

  • Work with a talented and results-oriented marketing team.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
