Position Summary

This position provides Corby and its Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function with required capabilities and analytical oversight to proactively support Marketing, Commercial and Finance teams in delivering optimized net sales performance. The Sr. Revenue Growth Analyst will be accountable for conducting pre and post event evaluation of price changes, execution and maintenance of price changes, and influencing the annual pricing plan. This position reports to the Revenue Growth Manager.

As a Senior Revenue Growth Analyst at Corby, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function. Your analytical oversight and capabilities will proactively support Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams, ensuring optimized net sales performance. Reporting to the Revenue Growth Manager, you’ll be accountable for evaluating pre- and post-event price changes, executing and maintaining pricing adjustments, and influencing our annual pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of pricing, promotions, and mix to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive net sales by managing pricing, trade spend, and product mix for key customers.
  • Participate actively in regional and brand pricing reviews, providing valuable recommendations.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness, leveraging our in-house post-promo analysis tool to enhance ROI.
  • Utilize analytics and modeling techniques for price elasticity analysis, pre- and post-event evaluation, and decision support for Sales and Marketing.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Leads the coordination of pricing inputs and updates for quarterly RGM Playbook releases.
  • Provides decision support in response to mark-up, excise, and competitive price changes.
  • Coordinates with Pricing Analyst and the billing team to ensure timely execution of price filings.
  • Supports the Integrated Business Planning workstream with pricing inputs and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Supports and drives enhancement to RGM’s toolset and processes to drive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive revenue initiatives.
  • Supports with benchmark analysis and value chain for new to market products.
  • Documents RGM pricing process and relevant documents.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Financial acumen and advanced scenario modeling skills with high focus on details & automation.
  • Consumer-centric with the ability to demonstrate commercial rigor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or related fields within consumer goods or retail industries a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

Experience

- Required: 3+ Years Finance experience

- Preferred:

  • Understanding of machine learning use in Revenue Growth
  • CPG Revenue Management experience
  • Previous industry experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience with Essbase, Hyperion, or Oracle Enterprise reporting systems is an asset.
