This is an exciting opportunity to join the Manulife Vitality team as a Senior Analyst responsible for managing all billing, financial analysis, and reporting requirements. In this role, you will ensure financial accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decisions that enhance program performance and customer engagement. You’ll play a key part in advancing our mission to help people live healthier lives while gaining exposure to innovative wellness programs and data-driven strategies. Position Responsibilities: 

  • Manage billing and invoicing processes for the Vitality program activities, including reconciliation and compliance.

  • Track and manage program costs to ensure financial accountability and transparency.

  • Conduct financial analysis to monitor profitability and support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Prepare and deliver KPI reports, engagement metrics, and ad hoc reporting for collaborators.

  • Analyze program participation trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and visualization experience.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in health, wellness, or insurance programs.

  • Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement.

  • Knowledge of market research and trend analysis.

  • Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary range is expected to be between

$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
