As a Senior Analyst, Project Technology Advisor, you will be part of a team that designs and implements Experience Management (XM) programs, helping organizations unlock the power of customer (CX) and employee experience (EX) insights to drive business success.


In this role, you will work as part of an implementation team to develop and manage ongoing Experience Management (XM) programs, proactively learning and becoming proficient in communicating the benefits of customer (CX) and employee experience (EX) practices to drive business success. As part of a team at the forefront of experience management, we set new benchmarks for excellence by combining deep expertise in experience management programs with proven implementation capabilities.

Responsibilities


•Build and manage projects on the Qualtrics platform, including integrating and analyzing data to support customer and employee experience initiatives.

•Develop expertise in the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and XM Best Practices.

•Provide technical support as part of a collaborative team to the Architect and Project Manager.

•Build XM programs and refine project implementations with meticulous attention to detail.

•Design and document functional and technical requirements for projects.

•Clearly present and communicate solutions to clients and colleagues.

•Continuously enhance Qualtrics knowledge and stay up to date with emerging technologies.

•Apply control procedures to improve the accuracy and quality of XM programs.

•Stay current with industry trends and best practices in experience management.

•Contribute to the culture and growth of Optimus SBR by embodying our core values.


Qualifications


•Proven analytical skills with technical aptitude and a strong desire to expand programming expertise.

•Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

•Strong attention to detail and a client-centric mindset.

•Proficiency in web technologies, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, custom APIs, JavaScript, and HTML.

•Experience with data integration technologies, such as SFTP, JSON, and REST API, is considered an asset.


Education


•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.

•Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus (e.g., MBA, PMP, or certifications in Data Science or Experience Management).
