What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Procurement team, you will support programs managed by Vendor Relationship Management and the Enterprise Travel portfolio, with a focus on spend categories related to third-party engagements. In the role of Sr. Analyst, Procurement, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide support for global programs. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Coordinator to support Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) and the Enterprise Travel portfolio. You will help ensure strong supplier governance, compliance, and operational support for a range of critical vendors and programs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and coordination skills who are passionate, stakeholder engagement, and supporting business effectiveness.

How you’ll succeed
- Vendor & Supplier Governance - Support the implementation and ongoing management of supplier governance initiatives withing the travel and vendor management programs, including audit readiness, compliance tracking, and risk management for key enterprise vendors (e.g., Travel, Mailroom, Print, Office Supplies, Corporate Events). Maintain supplier profiles, contract records, and documentation to ensure audit and regulatory requirements are met. Track and collect audit artifacts, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and escalate performance issues as needed. Act as a secondary point of ownership to for the vendor relationship manager and the global travel manager, providing continuity and coverage as needed
- Financial & Data Analysis - Validate, analyze and reconcile, and summarize supplier invoices resolving discrepancies and preparing reports for management approval. Track cost benefits, and financial leakage; support with planning and budgets. Prepare reports, including spend analysis and program performance.
- Project Coordination & Process Improvement - Coordinate timelines, communications, and documentation for sourcing initiatives and operational projects. Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements. Create and maintain structured process documentation and job aides.
- Manage Multiple Priorities - Use effective self-management practices to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Liaise with internal business partners, risk stakeholders, and suppliers at all levels to support business objectives. Manage the VRM mailbox, triage requests, track orders, and coordinate responses to inquiries and escalations. Schedule and support meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide analytical insights and recommendations.
- Travel Portfolio Support - Assist with procurement activities for the global travel category, including travel policy compliance, vendor management, and reporting. Support administration of travel related vendor contracts, including invoice validation and reconciliation. Provide training/support for self-serve travel tools.
Who you are
- You bring 2-3 years of experience in vendor management, travel management, or a similar analytical/project coordination role. You have strong self-planning skills sufficient to plan own assignments according to general work plans; ability to multi-task, plan and meet timelines. You have strong written and oral communication, influencing and negotiating skills sufficient to shape decision-making process on matters such as complex contract negotiations. It is also an asset to have an undergraduate degree in business, logistics or a related field.
- You can demonstrate hands-on experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (such as utilizing VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and are proficient with other Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with expense tools or procurement tools systems is an asset. You are technically savvy, with a high degree of computer literacy. Experience with process automation and SharePoint is an asset. You excel at making sense of data, solving complex problems, and presenting detailed information in a clear and impactful way.
- You are a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas, findings, and recommendations both verbally and in writing.
