The Services Marketing Digital Team is the creative, data-driven force behind Mastercard Services’ B2B marketing strategy. We push the boundaries of digital marketing, using innovative approaches to connect with customers in new and engaging ways. We focus on delivering high-impact, measurable campaigns that drive business growth across the most effective digital channels.
As we expand, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Digital B2B Marketing to join our Toronto, Canada marketing team and help execute our demand generation campaigns with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Paid Media strategies. If you love digital marketing and paid media, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, AND are obsessed with performance-driven storytelling, this role is for you.
Role Overview
This role is at the intersection of campaign strategy, execution and measurement. It marries creativity with analytics to elevate awareness of Mastercard Services capabilities and drive demand through engaging digital campaigns. Reporting to the Director of B2B Digital (Demand Generation), you’ll be part of a growing team of media marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams across Services Marketing and the business.
The Role
• Work with the team’s Director and team of Digital Marketing Managers in executing global Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and Paid Media campaigns; ensuring our products and services resonate with key audiences.
• Act as a digital marketing advisor for Mastercard Services, helping internal stakeholders maximize the impact of their campaigns with the right channels, creative, and measurable KPIs.
• Own and optimize ABM strategies, ensuring targeted, high-impact engagement with key accounts and priority buying centers.
• Develop and execute high-performing digital campaigns, leveraging programmatic advertising, LinkedIn ads, personalized landing pages, and remarketing strategies.
• Test, learn, and optimize—use A/B testing, audience insights, and data analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies and media vendors, ensuring we’re leveraging the best resources and technologies to drive success.
• Contribute to our Services Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, fostering best practices, creative experimentation, and a library of high-performing content for reuse.
• Keep Mastercard Services on the cutting edge of B2B digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
All About You
• Relevant work experience as a digital media specialist with experience building and executing paid digital campaigns across various channels such as Paid Social/LinkedIn, Paid Search/SEM, Display, Content Syndication, PPL, etc. Experience in B2B Marketing, SaaS, and/or Professional Services industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• You are a natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, multi-product environments. You can navigate different time zones, juggle multiple projects, and deliver on deadlines without missing a beat.
• You possess solid communication skills with a strong command and appreciation of tone, mechanics, and grammar.
• You understand that content should be purposeful and succinct, even when tackling complex topics.
• You can translate technical concepts into compelling narratives that engage and convert.
• You have a creative eye and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, understanding what makes content resonate in a digital space.
• You use data to tell a story. You’re comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting data, running experiments, and using insights to optimize campaigns. You like to test, learn, and iterate to drive performance.
• You’re a problem-solver who will take the time to work an issue out independently but isn’t afraid to ask appropriate questions when necessary.
• You have your finger on the pulse of emerging paid and social media trends. You bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to better engage customers and prospects.
